Actor Per Christian Ellefsen and yoga teacher Maja Grythe invited to a yoga retreat in Triora, Italy, September 7th to 11th, 2019!
Imagine morning yoga in the open air with a view of the sun rising over the mountains. Meaningful conversation over fantastic food and a glass of red wine in the evening. Hikes in the most beautiful nature you can imagine, perhaps with a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of the river. Peace and quiet. An opportunity to give yourself a break from everyday life and recharge both body and soul.

There will be 4 nights in beautiful Casa Convento with views of the beautiful and peaceful mountains that surround Triora.
Daily yoga classes both in the morning and afternoon, walks in magical nature, meditation, communication, fantastic food and healthy lifestyle. Welcome to four eventful, active and peaceful days.

TRAVEL:
Participants fly to Nice airport, France, and arrange their own travel from Nice to Triora and back. From Nice you can drive to Triora by rental car in 1.5 hours or by train to Taggia and then about 40 minutes by bus/car to Triora. We will be happy to help with pick-up in Taggia.

The entire retreat costs NOK 8000,-.

The participants have taken place in Triora! For 5 days they are going to work with Per Christian and each other. They are going to work with a monologue of their own choice, plus a scene that Per Christian have picked out for them. The evenings is filled with talking about the art of being an actor and having a good time.
The goal for the workshop is for the participants to acquire more knowledge about the subject, network and feel safer in the life as a freelancer.

In the master class with Per Christian Ellefsen, the overall theme is "The challenges and opportunities of the freelance actor". After many years as an actor both at institutional theaters and in the independent field, Ellefsen has gained experience that he wants to share with the next generation of actors. The freelance actor is in an increasingly challenging position: Competition is fierce, educational opportunities are more numerous, and one has greater responsibility for managing one's own career.

We are repeating last year's success by organizing VærsågodCamp this year too!
12 professional actors will work together for five days, live in beautiful surroundings with ancient history, be served all meals and work closely together as a group. This helps to create the conditions for a deep dive into their own artistic development.
In Triora, participants can immerse themselves undisturbed from everyday duties. The experience of living and working isolated from the outside world is that the professional work becomes thorough, concentrated and effective. Each participant brings their own project. It can be a monologue or a separate written text that will be developed during the workshop.

Dear all Triora friends, here we are again!
In 4 of our last days in June, you or you will be inventoried for a hiking trip to Triora where we explore the surrounding area's great hiking opportunities and where we will get to know each other better and the many herbs that we will find at this time of year.
There will be 3 nights in Triora in single and double rooms, lots of delicious food and drink and at the Mill House there is now a massive bakery oven, which we will of course use.
New for this trip is that anyone who would like to stay longer in Triora or explore other places in Italy can postpone their return trip by up to 3 days, and you will still be transported back to the airport in Nice. Everything is included in the price, but for extra days you pay extra for accommodation and you eat and drink at your own expense. I will still be in Triora, but I will not be responsible for anything other than getting you to the airport when you want to continue or go home. Welcome - "Ben venuti" everyone, I look forward to meeting each of you, it will be extra nice to meet those of you who will come back to Triora.
